This session is for women who want to pick my brain/chat with me about their health and nutrition.

In this 30 min meeting, we'll chat about your diet and health history, your current goals, and I'll provide recommendations as appropriate.

Appropriate topics include (but aren't necessarily limited to):

 - answering your questions about gut health, hormonal struggles, brain health, thyroid, etc.

- finding your calorie and macronutrient needs

- ways to support your metabolism with nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle practices

- answering questions about certain supplements

This meeting is NOT for:

- providing extensive medical nutrition therapy

- reviewing lab results from other providers

- providing personalized meal plans

- those outside of the US
